He has deep knowledge in the global financial services industry with executive leadership, executive sales management, customer relationship management, retail and consumer banking, core banking, branch banking, mobile and call center technology, credit card processing, mortgage processing, insurance, wealth management, brokerage and capital markets. In addition, he has extensive sales, practice management and delivery experience, and is very focused on delivering business value to financial organizations.  Phil has worked in many industries including Retail, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Government.

Michael North is the Chief Investment Officer of PW Global, a firm that engages in the international trade of gold commodities. He is Chairman of Galaxy Trade and Technology, a leading supplier of magnesium and allied products to world markets. Michael is an executive at Asia-Pacific Group, which builds trade and investment between America and partners in Asia, and a founding member of Pacific Royalties, an asset management advisor founded in partnership with Arthur Lipper, that develops financing vehicles using revenue royalties. He is a co-founder of Greenstar, a green energy and media company that installs solar-powered community centers in remote villages in the developing world. He was the original founder and CEO of North Communications, a public access network company that pioneered the use of touchscreens for banks, retailers and government agencies worldwide. Philip has in-depth knowledge of the global commodity and agriculture industry and has an Agriculture and Business Degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC. He is very experienced in farming, data analytics, research, global trading, project management, due diligence analysis and billing. He played 4 years of Power 5 Football, is a very experienced BBQ Pit Master, has farming and agricultural experience for many organizations, is developing a farm to table full circle process and a development program for the needy and underprivileged. Philip is also a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  He has a passion for helping people to be the best they can be and mentors younger associates.

Led sales and sales management with large technology companies and founded, grew, and successfully exited two system integration companies. Passionate about integrated solutions and managed services in the CX, AI, and Automation markets and integrating these solutions to create knowledge-based solutions for global transformation.

Xiaofang Zhou North is a distinguished business manager with extensive experience in financial services, international investment, and trade projects across China and the United States. She currently serves as the president of Galaxy China, a leading exporter of magnesium to global markets.  

Born in Beijing, Xiaofang has cultivated high-level relationships with leaders in business, academia, and government throughout China, engaging with institutions such as the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and major universities like Beijing University and Nankai University. She has been instrumental in introducing revenue royalties into China through a partnership with Arthur Lipper. 

She is a documentary filmmaker and author of four books. She introduced Mary Buffett to China, with seminars explaining Warren Buffett’s investment strategies. 

Xiaofang bridges the differences between China and the United States, echoing the diplomatic endeavors of her great uncle, Premier Zhou Enlai, in fostering peace between nations.
